Navy Yard shooting report: Major flaws in security clearance checks
Government contractor Aaron Alexis is accused of killing 12 people at the Washington Navy Yard in September. After the incident, an investigation into background checks was done and found the law enforcement agencies do not give detailed records to the federal agency that does background checks.
