NAACP proposes plan for Flint water crisis

Michigan's governor will meet with the mayor of Flint to discuss a new approach to the city's toxic water disaster. Gov. Rick Snyder met with the NAACP privately Tuesday. The civil rights group unveiled a 15-point proposal to handle lead in the water and help affected citizens. Adriana Diaz reports.
