Miya Ponsetto agrees to plea deal
Miya Ponsetto, the woman who falsely accused Black teen of stealing her phone at a New York City hotel agreed to a plea deal on Monday. According to the Manhattan District Attorney, she pleaded guilty to unlawful imprisonment in the second degree as a hate crime.
