Mitt Romney: I can't vote for Clinton or Trump

Former GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney says he will vote for a third party candidate or write in his wife's name on the ballot. Romney refuses to support Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump, adding, "It's a matter of personal conscience, and I can't vote for either one of those two people."
