Mistrial after Michael Slager jury "hopelessly deadlocked"

A judge declared a mistrial in the murder case of Michael Slager, a former South Carolina police officer who shot a black man in the back as he tried to flee a traffic stop. A unanimous verdict was required. Mark Strassmann reports.
