Minn. officer stays quiet as partner reveals new info
Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor, who shot and killed an unarmed Australian yoga teacher, has declined to be interviewed. The officer who was with Noor told investigators Tuesday that he was "startled by a loud sound" before the shooting. Outrage is growing in Australia over Justine Damond's death. Jamie Yuccas reports.
