Aging levees in Midwest aren't designed to withstand rising river levels and frequent flooding

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers estimates that hundreds of miles of levees were damaged by the floods in the Midwest, leaving many homes and farms submerged. Blake Hurst, president of the Missouri Farm Bureau, joins CBSN with an update on the conditions in the Midwest and has some suggestions for how to better control the floodwaters.
