Merrick Garland questioned on Hunter Biden investigation, says he's not president's lawyer
Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before the House Judiciary Committee Wednesday in his first appearance before Congress since two criminal indictments were brought against former President Donald Trump and a plea deal for Hunter Biden collapsed.
