Memphis Mayor Paul Young says "our teams are ready" ahead of winter storm

Tennessee is one of more than a dozen states now under a state of emergency ahead of what's expected to be a major winter storm. The state has been preparing for days, mostly concerned about icy conditions that could make roads dangerous and cause power lines to go down.
