Bridge closure raises concerns about infrastructure
The Hernando de Soto Bridge in Memphis, Tennessee remains closed after a large crack was discovered in an integral steel beam. The closure is damaging the local economy and raising concerns about the need to update national infrastructure. Michael George reports.
