McConnell optimistic that national security team will be in place "on Day 1"
"If you've got a brand new administration coming into office, you want to have, at the very least, a national security team in place on Day 1, and I'm hopeful and optimistic that that will be the case this time as well," says Senator Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky, in a conversation about confirmation hearings.
