Marine holds silent protest outside Utah State Capitol
Marine veteran Todd Winn stood outside the Utah State Capitol in full uniform for three hours on Friday, with the words "I can't breathe" taped across his mouth. The temperature soared so high that his shoes started melting, but he remained in silent protest.
