Marathoner Becca Pizzi on financial challenges

Pizzi became the first American woman to complete the World Marathon Challenge -- running seven marathons on seven continents in seven days. The Massachusetts mother spoke to Norah O'Donnell about the "saving graces" that sponsored her to complete the remarkable feat.
