Man charged in girlfriend's shotgun death confesses to CBS DFW
A Texas man sought in his teen girlfriend's shotgun death turned himself in Sunday at the CBS Dallas/Fort Worth studios, the station reports. Sebastian Ramirez-Barcenas, 18, confessed on camera, saying the death was an accident, before police arrived to take him into custody.
