Louisiana abortion ban's Democratic sponsor defends lack of exceptions for rape and incest
A bill in the Louisiana Legislature would ban abortions after six weeks, even in cases of rape and incest. Many women don't even know they're pregnant at that point. CBS News correspondent Janet Shamlian spoke to Democratic state Sen. John Milkovich, who's sponsoring the bill.
