Los Angeles mayor's race heading for runoff; San Francisco voters recall district attorney
California was one of seven states that held primary elections Tuesday. In Los Angeles, it appears the race for the city's next mayor is heading to a November runoff, and San Francisco voters recalled progressive District Attorney Chesa Boudin.
