Legislators call for stronger toy gun laws after death of Calif. teen
Thirteen-year old Andy Lopez was shot seven times by Santa Rosa police after they mistook the plastic gun he was holding for a real rifle. State legislators believe that current federal laws, which require toy guns to have an orange plug in the barrel, don't go far enough. Ben Tracy reports.
