Legal issues will slow Trump's plan to shut down his foundation
Over the weekend, President-elect Donald Trump said he's planning to shut down his charitable foundation to avoid any conflicts of interest. But an investigation into the foundation by the New York attorney general will complicate matters. Julianna Goldman reports.
