Lawyers for the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk are asking to delay a preliminary hearing set for May, arguing the defense team needs time to review ATF analysis they contend "could not" connect a bullet fragment recovered during Kirk's autopsy with the rifle found near the scene of the crime.
