Lawmakers take action on sexual assault in the military

A Defense Department study shows a 46 percent increase in reports of sexual assault in the military from last year. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand says the numbers give new momentum to a bill she wrote to curb military sexual assault. Nancy Cordes reports.
