Lawmakers see room for bipartisanship on tax reform
In a discussion with CBS News contributor and Republican strategist Frank Luntz, a bipartisan group of lawmakers said they see areas of agreement on tax reform -- a topic the GOP leadership plans to take up later this year. Luntz joins "Red & Blue" with more.
