Keystone pipeline showing evidence of construction problems
The Keystone pipeline is designed to bring crude oil from Canada to refineries in Texas, and supporters say it will create thousands of jobs and help energy independence. CBS News has obtained warning letters from the federal agency that regulates pipelines to Keystone's owner, saying it failed to use qualified welders and noting dents have been found in pipes.
