Kevin McCarthy on lack of female GOP leaders

Congressional Democrats and Republicans are selecting their new leadership following the midterm elections. House Republicans picked California Congressman Kevin McCarthy to serve as minority leader. McCarthy joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss the low number of Republican women elevated to office compared to Democrats and address reports that he interviewed for the job of White House Chief of Staff.
