Kerry: "No games" from Syria on chemical weapons agreement
Announcing the outlines of a deal between the U.S. and Russia to have Syria hand over its chemical weapons, Secretary of State John Kerry said he expects the Syrian government to fully comply: "There can be no games, no room for avoidance."
