Kerry and Lavrov try to de-escalate Ukraine crisis

The meeting between U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov focused on a proposal to give parts of Ukraine more autonomy. But some Western diplomats are concerned Russia could use that as an opportunity to bring Ukraine under Russia's control. There are still nearly 50,000 Russian troops along Ukraine's border. Margaret Brennan reports.
