Judge rules teen should have leniency in rape case because he "comes from a good family"
A family court judge in New Jersey is under fire over the way he handled a case of rape involving two teenagers. He ruled a then 16-year-old boy should have leniency beause he "comes froma good family" and was an Eagle Scout. Meg Oliver reports.
