Judge finds Trump "more likely than not" illegally tried to obstruct Congress on Jan. 6
A federal judge said it is "more likely than not" that former President Trump illegally tried to impede official congressional proceedings on January 6. In the ruling, the judge ordered the release of emails from former Trump adviser John Eastman to the January 6 committee.
