A federal judge on Tuesday blocked a Biden administration policy aimed at reducing illegal crossings at the U.S.-Mexico border. The policy required most migrants to first seek asylum in other countries as they made their way to the U.S., before applying for humanitarian refuge on U.S. soil. Ed O'Keefe reports.
