Johnson & Johnson's COVID-19 vaccine could soon join fight against pandemic

The FDA is reviewing the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine and it could get emergency authorization by the end of the week. Unlike the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, this one only requires only one shot.
