Jimmy Carter Library director unpacks Rosalynn Carter's legacy
Rosalynn Carter laid in repose in Atlanta on Monday. She died in her Georgia home in early November at the age of 96. Meredith Evans, director of the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum, joins "America Decides" to discuss the former first lady's legacy.
