Former President Jimmy Carter says Sen. John McCain's death does not signal the end of bipartisanship in Washington. "CBS This Morning" co-host John Dickerson spoke with Mr. Carter on Monday at a Habitat for Humanity work site in Indiana. Mr. Carter survived his own battle with brain tumors in 2015.
