Japan warns people to "take cover" as N. Korea flies missile overhead

Tensions with North Korea are rising yet again after the country fired a missile that flew directly over Japan before falling into the Pacific Ocean. The last time North Korea fired a rocket over Japan was in 2009. This comes as the U.S. and South Korea are conducting joint military drills. Ben Tracy reports from Tokyo.
