Japan Emperor Akihito first to step down in more than 200 years

Tuesday marks the end of one royal era in Japan and the beginning of another. Eighty-five-year-old Emperor Akihito is abdicating the throne to make way for his oldest son. It's the first time in more than 200 years that a living Japanese emperor has stepped down. Elizabeth Palmer reports from Tokyo.
