Issa: HealthCare.gov launch a "monumental failure"
Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., chairman of the House Oversight Committee, said the launch of Obamacare website HealthCare.gov was a "monumental failure," blaming the website problems on people cutting corners to meet political deadlines.
