ISIS beheads American Peter Kassig, threatens more deaths

After holding him captive for more than a year, ISIS released a video announcing the murder of the 26-year-old American aid worker Peter Kassig. President Obama is calling it "an act of pure evil by a terrorist group." Margaret Brennan reports.
