Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid on ISIS threat, U.S. military presence and Gaza war

During a brief exchange at the United Nations with President Trump, Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid expressed his commitment to ending the rising tensions in the Middle East. During his address to the General Assembly, President Rashid joined a chorus of world leaders endorsing a Palestinian state -- a view both Israel and the U.S. oppose.
