Insurers skeptical about reinstating canceled policies
President Obama's announcement that he would allow canceled health insurance policies to be reinstated left both customers and insurance companies with questions on how to do so. For young people whose policies were canceled, a one-year extension could keep them out of Obamacare. Carter Evans reports.
