Instagram accounts pushing graphic, violent content to millions, CBS News investigation finds

Warning: Some subject matter is disturbing. Instagram users around the world opened the app one day back in February and saw their feeds suddenly filled with graphic, violent videos. Its parent company, Meta, called it an "error" that's now been fixed. But a CBS News investigation finds that violent content remains pervasive on Instagram reels.
