This week at its annual F8 Conference Facebook announced new features for Instagram, including a de-emphasis on "likes." Next week it's Google's turn. Last year, the company unveiled features to enhance its Android phones and ways for people to use them less. It was part of a surprising movement by Silicon Valley: helping their customers turn off their tech. Dana Jacobson reports.
