Indiana police say gunman at middle school was 14 years old

Authorities are crediting a tipster with preventing a shooting at a middle school in Indiana. State police Capt. David Bursten said a 14-year-old boy went to Dennis Intermediate School in Richmond with a gun. Police were waiting for him, and they exchanged gunfire. The boy killed himself, Bursten said.
