Indiana cop shoves man in wheelchair to the ground
A police lieutenant in Lafayette, Indiana, pushed over a man in a motorized wheelchair when he ran over his foot. The police department has released the video of the event, which occurred a little less than a year ago, and an appeal has won the officer a demotion. WLFI's Dan Klein reports.
