Implications of lead poisoning in Flint's water crisis

Professor Marc Edwards and Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha first flagged Flint, Michigan's water crisis by noticing the increased levels of lead, specifically in children. The number of children in Flint with dangerous levels of lead in their blood had doubled soon after the city starting getting its water supply from the Flint River.
