Icy temperatures make shipping, driving a challenge in Midwest
The Coast Guard is reporting an increase in the number of distress calls due to boats stuck on the Great Lakes, where thicker ice is posing a challenge for the shipping industry. Driving around the Detroit area has also been difficult, since some roads have not been clear for weeks. Elaine Quijano reports.
