Hungary's Prime Minister Orban tightens grip with university legislation

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban brought his ideal of an "illiberal state" even closer to fruition this week when the country's parliament passed legislation that would put universities and cultural institutions under the control of government-appointed trustees.
