Houston shelters overcrowded
Shelters for those displaced by Hurricane Harvey have filled up and are now overcrowded, leaving some without a bed to sleep in. Store owner Jim McIngvale spoke to CBSN about how he opened his store to help house some of the victims of the hurricane.
