Hot air balloon pilot had drunk driving history
Court records show the pilot of the hot air balloon that crashed in Texas over the weekend had multiple convictions for drunken driving, and served time in prison twice. All 16 people on board were killed when the balloon went down about 30 miles south of Austin. Omar Villafranca reports.
