Holiday retail forecast looks bleak

The National Retail Federation is predicting retail sales will rise 3.9 percent in November and December, but economists are expecting 2013 to be the weakest holiday season since 2008, when the country was in the midst of the financial crisis and recession. Jill Schlesinger reports.
