Hillary Clinton, N.Y. Gov. Andrew Cuomo discuss abortion rights
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo want to make abortion a constitutional right in New York state. The two made the announcement Monday at Barnard College in Manhattan. Cuomo called for an amendment last year.
