High winds and lake-effect snow pummel upstate New York

Gusting winds and deep snow pummeled Upstate New York, blinding drivers and sending dozens of vehicles off the road. It was a frigid snap from the day before, when some areas had 70-degree heat. Tony Dokoupil reports.
