And James, what's going to come from all of this? What are the next steps after this report is officially released tomorrow?

I think that's the big question. Tomorrow, the report is coming out. There was a statement today that Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell put out that says that the IG report totally exonerates him. From what we're hearing from sources who have reviewed the Inspector General report, they have told us it's hard to come to that conclusion that he is completely exonerated. And the fact of the matter is that it was incredibly risky to take this information that was derived from a classified email and to put it into a third-party messaging app, in this case, Signal.
